Meet Ashton
Ashton Martini is the Managing Partner of Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors, a boutique luxury real estate firm serving Houston and Dallas.
Martini & Co. operates with two core areas of focus. The brokerage represents buyers and sellers in the luxury residential market. The developer services division works with select builders from acquisition analysis through product positioning, design consultation, branding, marketing, and sales. The firm combines development insight with refined client service and disciplined oversight.
Martini & Co. currently directs the marketing and sales of a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in single family homes and luxury high rise condominiums across Houston and Dallas.
In addition to his role at Martini & Co., Ashton serves as Chief Development Officer of Sade Real Estate, where he oversees residential development strategy and market positioning in both cities.
A Galveston native raised within a multi generational Texas family with long standing ties to real estate, hospitality, and entrepreneurial leadership, Ashton brings a legacy perspective and long term business discipline to his work.
Beyond real estate, Ashton serves on the Board of Directors of Writers in the Schools and chairs its Development Committee. He has served as Co Chair of the Preservation Houston Gala and has supported charitable initiatives including founding an MS150 cycling team, completing a marathon benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association, and supporting Friends For Life, a no kill animal rescue organization, for more than a decade.
