About Sandy Wood

Sandy Wood serves as Director of Operations at Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors, overseeing firm-wide systems and operational standards across Houston and Dallas. 

She is responsible for designing and implementing the internal infrastructure that supports the brokerage and development platforms, including cross-market processes, workflow systems, vendor coordination, and organizational alignment. Sandy works closely with executive leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, and disciplined execution as the firm continues to grow.

Sandy comes from a family with deep ties to the Park Cities, where three generations lived on Caruth Boulevard in University Park for over ninety years. After Highland Park High School, she attended Sewanee: The University of the South, earning a double major and graduating cum laude.  In addition to her undergraduate degree, Sandy holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver.
