Rhett Newkirk serves as Senior Development Associate at Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors, supporting the firm’s acquisition and development efforts across Houston and Dallas.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, Rhett works closely with the firm’s development leadership on land evaluation, underwriting, market analysis, and project coordination. His responsibilities span the development process from site identification through financial analysis and execution support.
