Over time, he moved into leadership roles in operations, agent services, and executive support, all while earning his Texas Real Estate License and building a foundation in both the transactional and relational sides of real estate.
After several years of working closely with executive leadership and managing agent operations, Jonathan made a strategic shift to gain hands-on sales experience. He joined a high-performing real estate team, serving as a licensed assistant and team lead. During this time, he worked with a range of high-end clients and contributed to multiple years of top-producing sales. His ability to balance detail-oriented operations with the fast-paced demands of sales earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and team player who understands the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction from lead to close.
In his current role as Vice President of Real Estate, Jonathan combines his background in leadership, sales, and agent development to oversee growth strategy, elevate the client experience, and support agents in delivering exceptional service.
