Meet Andres
Andres Montalvo serves as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors, where he leads the firm’s developer services efforts across Houston and Dallas.
He directs acquisition strategy, land analysis, underwriting, and project evaluation for the firm’s development portfolio, working closely with executive leadership and select builders from feasibility through pricing and coordinated execution.
His disciplined, analytical approach brings structure and precision to every stage of the development process and plays a central role in the firm’s continued growth. Andres graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Geophysics and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, he is bilingual in Spanish and English.
